Registration Policies

A $1,000 deposit per person is required to reserve your spot. Final payment is due 88 days before departure. Bookings within 88 days require immediate full payment. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. More than 88 days before departure: $1,000 penalty per person. 60 days before departure: 50% penalty. 30 days or less / no-show: no refund. No refunds for unused services.

Tours may be physically demanding; accessibility cannot be guaranteed. Travelers needing special assistance may not fully participate in all activities.

Full refunds for cancellations due to pandemics or acts of war, based on official government announcements affecting travel.
